I called to check on Hannah, and she's had a good day. They're slowly trying to decrease the rate and pressure of the ventilator to let her lungs take over more. So far, so good.

Hannah Elaine entered the world on July 15th, 2007, three and a half months too early, weighing 1.5 pounds, unable to eat or breathe without machines. After 3.5 months in the hospital and 3 months on oxygen at home, she's a perfectly healthy, happy, beautiful little girl.
This blog is dedicated to her twin brother Steven, who only lived a week.
